These Terms govern your use of Kordel, a community for cosplay clips and related social posting.

Acceptable Use

You may use Kordel only for lawful purposes. Do not post content you do not own, infringing media, harassment, impersonation, illegal sexual content, or other unsafe material.

18+ Content

Any adult or 18+ content on Kordel must involve only consenting adults who are at least 18 years old and must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. Adult content must remain behind any age restrictions, access controls, or visibility settings that Kordel requires.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior on Kordel. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, bullying, threats of violence, hate speech, non-consensual sexualized content, graphic or exploitative material, spam, scams, impersonation, and any content or behavior intended to harm, intimidate, or degrade other users.

Any attempt to post, distribute, promote, solicit, or repeatedly re-upload prohibited content, or to evade moderation or account restrictions, may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent disablement, and additional action where required to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

User Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Kordel a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so the app can function.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, age-gate access, limit distribution, or suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal without prior notice.

Kordel may provide tools that allow users to report content or accounts and to block other users. We review reports in our discretion and may take action based on safety risk, legal obligations, repeat-offender behavior, coordinated abuse, or attempts to evade moderation or account restrictions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
